四位一体分层级管理模式在专科护士培养和管理实践中的应用效果

  [摘要] 目的 探讨观察四位一体分层级管理模式在专科护士培养和管理实践中的应用效果。 方法 我院自2015年6~12月开展专科护士培养和管理实践活动,将76例专科护士按照就职时间分为研究组和常规组,每组各38例。其中常规组给予常规管理模式,研究组给予四位一体分层级管理模式。比较两种不同管理模式在专科护士培养和管理实践中应用效果。 结果 研究组理论成绩、操作成绩以及考核总分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组27例共发表论文58篇(其中核心32篇,普刊26篇)、19例承担课题26个、20例开展疑难重症护理讲座79场;常规组7例共发表论文9篇(其中核心2篇,普刊7篇)、4例承担课题7个、5例开展疑难重症护理讲座12场。两组取得各项科研成果人数百分比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度评分(97.34±2.01)分,常规组(83.76±1.99)分,前者较后者显著升高(P<0.05)。 结论 四位一体分层级管理模式较常规管理模式在专科护士培养和管理实践中应用效果更为显著,不仅可以改善考核成绩和科研成果,还可提高患者满意度,推广应用价值较高。

  [Abstract] Objective To discuss and observe the application effect of quaternity hierarchical management mode on training and management of specialized nurses. Methods Practical activities about training and management of specialized nurses were conducted in our hospital from June to December 2015, and 76 specialized nurses were divided based on time of assumption into study group and control group, each with 38 nurses. Nurses in the control group were given routine management mode, while those in the study group were given quaternity hierarchical management mode. The application effects of the two modes on training and management of specialized nurses were compared. Results The scores of theory and operation tests in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). 58 articles were published by nurses in the study group(32 in core journals, and 26 in ordinary journals) in 27 cases, 26 projects were approved in 19 cases, and 79 lectures about difficult and severe diseases nursing were held in 20 cases; while in the control group, 9 articles were published (2 in core journals, and 7 in ordinary journals) in 7 cases, 7 projects were approved in 4 cases, and 12 lectures about difficult and severe diseases nursing were held in 5 cases, showing significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of patients towards nursing were(97.34±2.01) in the study group, significantly higher than the(83.76±1.99) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared to routine management mode, quaternity hierarchical management mode has significant the application effect on training and management of specialized nurses, which can not only improve performance in tests and research, but also enhance satisfaction of patients, thus is worthy to be promoted.
