血清胰岛素样生长因子在机体生长发育中的作用研究进展(3)

　　IGF-Ⅰ作为下丘脑-生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴重要组成部分，其在胎儿及婴幼儿生发育中的重要作用已经得到普遍认可，目前已有研究将其应用于生长发育疾病的诊断及治疗中，但IGF对各组织系统的作用还仅是体外实验及动物实验结果，其在细胞分子层面的作用机制还需要进一步研究证实。
