细胞周期蛋白激酶抑制剂研究现状(2)
CDK及其相关蛋白表达异常与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。不少外源性或者是内源性的CDK抑制剂在抑制CDK后,都能很好的抑制肿瘤的发生和发展。然而单独CDK抑制剂治疗,会有肿瘤逃逸的现象,而无法根治肿瘤。因此与其他治疗手段联合的治疗方式,将是CDK抑制剂研究的方向之一。
